Still Life of Foods
I exhibit the still life photographs of food items which my Czech flat mate and I are taking in daily. She and I are same in ages; however, we have different social and cultural backgrounds. We sometimes have different opinions, exert influences each other and, as a result, we are creating new styles of living. I have been taking the pictures of the dishes and ingredients she and I cook daily. These pictures depict the process of composing a new culture as it comes from the two persons, who have the different cultural background, mingle and get along currently.
